Tier 1
Lyrilusc is consistent, solid when going first, and near-unstoppable going second. The main weaknesses for this deck are Loading... and Loading... , but most decks can't play these cards due to the restrictions on their Skills. From the new BOX, Lyrilusc gained a postive matchup in Predaplant and a bad one in Ghostrick, but Lyrilusc should remain the deck to beat regardless.
Tier 2
Borrel Link doesn't have many positive matchups (mostly 50/50's). Many Top Decks aren't affected by cards like Loading... , and unless there's a crazy Loading... hit the deck's Turn 1 isn't particularly impressive. The addition of Predaplant to the meta does no favors for Borrel Link, as its entire board is DARK for a Loading... sweep.
Tier 3
I expect Shaddoll to do well - if it sees a decent play rate. The matchup spread is actually quite favorable and its only issue is its own consistency. Both Predaplant and Ghostrick are practically free wins for Shaddolls, it can play Loading... and Loading... (if you relinquish the recycling portion of Shadow-Weaving Power for the Lyrilusc Matchup, and the Lyrilusc-specific techs like Loading... and Loading... are terrible against Shaddoll. The deck's inherent inconsistency and high skill-ceiling might result in low representation, but it's a deck to keep an eye on.
Unchained is probably undderated because of its issues against Lyrilusc protection (resulting in a binary "draw Loading... or lose"), but with no huge Loading... presence (aside from Sharks), the deck is in a decent spot. IDP is just a crazy card and being able to play it helps a lot, and most decks will struggle with Unchained's floating and interruption. If the new decks get popular in the upcoming meta, I could see Unchained doing well (since they struggle against Unchained).
